I'm ZZP'er who is focused on supporting Colocation customers on the territory of Holland. I can offer following services:

- Incident reaction based on ticket system and/or phone call 24/7.

- Upgrades/downgrades of hardware.

- Shipping your hardware from your office to the datacenter on the territory of the EU.

- Rack building based on your own project, or consultations with our engineers, with full cabling/connectivity description.

- OS installations with custom setup (for ex. CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, Windows Server 2008 Web, Standard, Datacenter, Enterprise (32bit and R2), Windows Server 2003, VMware ESXi, control panels (Plesk, cPanel, DirectAdmin, Webmin) and others. Based on provided by you licences if required.

- Hardware replacements.

- We can provide temporary solution in case of dead server – we can rent one of our 2 servers: 1U Supermicro ( Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz / 8GB RAM / LSI Raid Controller), or 1U HP ProLiant DL360 G3 / 8GB RAM / 2x146GB SCSI drives. All can be installed with chosen by you OS and placed in your rack until your replacement server has been shipped, so you can keep your business operational.

- Troubleshooting HP, Dell, IBM, Supermicro servers ( including blade servers and multi module solutions like fo ex. Dell EMC Clariion CX400-DE 15-bay Fiber channel )

- Virtualisation support ( VMware ESXi, Citrix Cloudstak and similar environment )

- Advice on equipment needed to meet the design criteria.

- Updating your “on site” inventory

- Onsite representative

- Communication in English, or Polish language

- Individual contract to meet the customer needs.

And remember, this is only the beginning. We are flexible and fast learning, so we can meet your needs the way you want it. Thanks to us you can cut on your costs and have your projects done point to point as you have dreamed about it.

I have only one limitation - untill 01.09.2013 I'm not allowed to support Leaseweb/Evoswitch (Ocom) customers due to "Non-solicitation and non-competition" clause, however after this date I will for sure.
