Coffee beans, cocoa beans and tea leaves travel a long road from farm to cup. Support Manager Traceability

UTZ CERTIFIED has developed a new web based traceability infrastructure called Octopus, enabling commodity industries to show transparency and give insight in the different levels of sustainability throughout the supply chain.
You are responsible for excellent operation of our support teams in Pakistan and India (subcontracted). You support the project manager with implementing new customers and services. You continuously work on improving customer satisfaction and professionalization of the support team.

Good analytical skills and knowledge of business processes enable you to rapidly build up functional expertise. Your professional focus, service oriented attitude and interpersonal skills smoothen effective communication and implementation.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Functional and technical client support
• Implementation support with clients
• Supplier management, SLA management, testing
• Perform risk assessments and impact analyses of the traceability system
• Monitoring kpi’s and advising on action and scenarios


The Support Manager Traceability reports to the Traceability Manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a client oriented area (customer support, sales, call centre) in a medium-sized organization
• Degree in Business or Computer Sciences or related
• Passion for ICT
• Ability to translate business requirements into ICT solutions.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, other languages are plusses
• Strong social skills and business mentality
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Independent, able to work in a very dynamic environment
• Proactive, accurate and committed to excellence
• Intercultural team player, international work experience
