I have come accross a great opportunity to expand the services of the IT service management company I work for (located in Netherlands; we're about 20 strong and growing fast, and our business is placing our IT professionals with customers on ad hoc/project/interim basis - 'detachering')
This week I got 2 independant requests from 2 non-IT consulting companies if we can host their IT infrastructure for them rather than 'just' helping them out with temporary people. They're unhappy with their current providers (2 expensive and they don't feel taken seriously - the usual complaints).
They're both pretty standard MS platforms I gather so far(mail, SP, website, some admin apps) servicing 25-50 of their employees. I've got the service management skills (me , got rackspace lined up at a datacenter, got the funding to invest in monitoring infra and such - but am missing some MS engineers who can build and take live such a platform, and then (most importantly) keep it humming sweetly.
We gave it some thought and want to seriously expand into the Managed service business - these 2 customers are the launch platform we need.
Any of you engineers out there who want to come join our company and help build this business unit? It's a greenfield thing (standards and best practices and so on we'll need to define ourselves), so you'll be founding and pioneering with me on this - it'll be cool stuff but building this business will be hard work and we'll need to get the job done with a small team at first.
A fair assumption on your side is that the technical and systems administration skills we'll need, you will have to bring to the table yourself for now (sorry to you junior engineers), and you'll need to live in NL and speak (a bit of) Dutch.

ps - At the moment we´ve got our head office in Utrecht area, will have a (smallish) office workplace in Den Haag area before year´s end, and the physical datacenter location is Amsterdam. So I´m thinking of finding a place with some desks, inet uplink and a good coffee machine in Amsterdam area as well - that will create a nice spread.
The dc guys will be able to deliver remote hands as well, so its worth noting that physical location of people is not the dealmaker or -breaker; I believe with a vpn client on your laptop, UMTS card and a smartphone we´ve got more than half the ´workplace´ built already. (If you can solve an Incident from the beach with a pina colada in your hand, why not)
