Ok, meaning, the TAX is already included in the price. Just as if you buy a frozen Pizza at C1000 ... the price mentioned is the price you pay.

I'm still missing the network information such as, datacentre name, network the server is connected to and it's peerings, transits and exchanges.

I forwarded the request for detailed answer. For now I can preliminarily tell you that it is the Freenet DC in Frankfurt utilizing the infrastructure of the german T-com, Lambdanet, MCI, Celox, z-isp and others.

Not exactly. First of all it is not 49 Euros unless you commit for 18 months!! It is normally 69 Euros + setup cost. I am using their DC i.e. their infrastructure and sometimes their hardware. If you look close, you will see that there are no Athlon 64 CPU offers. Also you have to be a german citizen and pay via bank debit.

The servers I am offering:
1) are managed (!!!), Stratos are unmanaged
2) contain Plesk 8.01, Stratos contain Plesk 8.00
3) contain Plesk, on demand, even on Windows 2003 systems, Stratos servers are w/o control panel
4) are paid via PayPal and not german bank debit, so you can be anywhere in the world
5) come with a 99.9% SLA since MY team handles the consoles and monitoring
6) come without contract commitment so you can cancel in each month you wish, Strato ties you down for 18 months
7) come without setup fee

Make no mistake, Suse 10, Plesk 8 and 1TB traffic is my own choice of configuration. Only because Stratos, as any other company selling servers, configuration look alike mine, does not make them identical.
